Graffiti Scanner allows members of the public, councils, transport networks, and infrastructure operators to report graffiti quickly using photo evidence, location-assisted reporting, offline queueing, and upload sync. Public reports help improve visibility of graffiti activity, while authorised organisations can use the platform to support hotspot analysis, coordinated response, and prevention planning.
